1. How do I purchase a design?

Buying a design from Wow Mom Art is simple:

1. Browse our collection and choose your favorite designs.
2. Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Complete your payment securely through PayPal
   (you can also pay with a credit or debit card without a PayPal account).
4. After payment, you will receive an instant download link.

2. How do I download my files?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will:

• Receive an email with a download link.
• Be able to access your downloads directly from your account under “My Purchases.”

3. What file formats do you provide?

Our designs are usually available in:

• PNG (with transparent background, high resolution)
• SVG (scalable vector for cutting machines)
• JPG (high-quality image)
• PDF (ready-to-print format)

The exact file formats available for each product are listed on the product page.

4. Can I use the designs for commercial purposes?

Yes, but there are some restrictions:

• Personal use: You can use our designs for personal projects with no limitations.
• Commercial use: You can use our designs to create and sell up to 100 physical products
  (T-shirts, mugs, tote bags, etc.).
• Extended License: If you need to produce more than [insert quantity] items,
  you must purchase an extended commercial license.
• Restrictions: You may not resell, distribute, or claim our digital files as your own.
  Modifying the designs does not grant you ownership.

5. What should I do if I have trouble downloading my files?

If you experience any issues:

• Check your email spam/junk folder for the download email.
• Try accessing your purchases from your account.
• Contact us at wowmomart.com@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

6. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
However, if you have any issues with your files, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the problem.

7. Can I edit or modify the designs?

Yes, you are allowed to edit and modify the designs for your personal or commercial projects.
However, reselling the modified digital file as your own is strictly prohibited.

No, sharing, redistributing, or reselling our digital files is not allowed. Each purchase is for one user only.
